Important information

Chibinendo Art is not responsible for the injuries that any of its products might cause. Chibinendo Art products are not toys and must not be left with unsupervised children or some people with different or special needs. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you accept to exclude Chibinendo Art from any responsibility of possible injures caused by misuse of Chibinendo Art products.

Shippings and rates

The chibimonsters and any other products bought across the web page will have to be paid entirely, with a margin of cancellation of 24 hours. To cancel, please send an email to info@chibinendoart.com stating as title “Cancellation (order number)” and in the message your order number, full name, and address.

Chibinendo Art is not responsible for the damages produced during the shipping. The shipping costs are not included in the price of the products and are subjected to the weight (g) and measures (cm) of the package; never of the product. The products will be sent between two or four days after the reception of the payment.

Due to Brexit, parcels may be subject to customs fees in some countries, which will be charged to the recipient. These charges are applied by the Customs of the country of destination and Chibinendo Art is not responsible for any of these applied charges; the recipient will be in charge of covering them. Customs charges can range from 0 – 25%.

Shipments During Covid-19

The Online Shop is still active and we deliver progressively and safely. Although due to the current situation caused by COVID-19, its restrictions, and the high demand for shipments from online businesses, the delivery service may suffer some delay. Please make sure that your country is eligible to receive parcels from the UK. You can check that on the website of your local government or main courier. 

Important Tips

The preparation time for orders is usually 48 business hours. The time may increase in the Christmas season or in high-demand batches of orders. I am the one who prepares all your packages with a lot of love, so please be patient 🙂
